Rachel Scheel is the Global Head of Culture, Engagement and Inclusion for GE Healthcare, and has a broad background in HR Partnership and Talent and Organisational Change.
Originally from Australia, Rachel has been in the UK for thirteen years (originally only arriving for a 12-month international assignment). She has an undergraduate HR degree from Queensland University of Technology, and has also completed her MBA specialising in HR from the University of Wales.
Rachel is passionate about all things talent, culture and inclusion and is focused on driving positive change and best practices that will support a better employee experience.
