Kieran Thompson is Head of Diversity, Talent and Inclusion at global construction and sustainability consultancy Cundall. An increasingly prominent champion of diversity within the construction sector, earlier this year Kieran authored Cundall’s first D&I Strategy: Diversity Matters, detailing Cundall’s 5 year plan to become the most inclusive consultancy in the industry. Kieran is a Chartered member of the CIPD, and recently became one of the first people in the UK to qualify as Neurodiversity Aware™.
Established in the UK 40 years ago, Cundall has developed into an international multi-disciplinary consultancy operating from over 20 locations across the globe.
